How Is Your Credit?

hiscore The worse time to fix something is when you need it. The sameĀ  goes for your credit. Let’s say you’ve been telling yourself for the last six months that you have to pay down or pay some bills off and get your credit in order. Six months, no, seven months pass and you’ve done nothing to change it then WHAM! the landlord is selling your building for those same seven months and never informed the tenants and you all receive a letter in the mail that the building is sold and you have 30 days to move. This may be a little dramatic but bare with me. Since you didn’t keep that promise to yourself you are in a pickle. You have to move and your credit is not where it needs to be. This happens to often. Who’s to blame?

Well, if you are taking responsibility for your actions and inactions like you should be then I’m sorry, it’s on you.

I see this all the time as a Realtor.

When these situations come up, it’s too late. You need to move and the first question the Realtor has is, “How’s your credit?” Your credit will always come into question when you have to move so if you know your credit needs fixing no problem. Call a Realtor who usually works with credit companies that can guide you in getting the problem solved so it’s no longer a problem. It’s ok to have a credit situation. It’s not okay to let it sit there and you do nothing about it. Unfortunately, whatever happens you did it to yourself. Don’t hate the messenger.

If your credit needs to be repaired and you’re not sure, what to do, call me or reply to this post. It would be a pleasure to assist you in getting your numbers together. If you want to get a complimentary copy of my “Know Your Numbers Kit”, please reply to this post.

You want to be ready if that letter arrives with no worries because you solved the problem.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY~~~

Ever since the Epic Blockbuster hit, Independence Day, we all get a little excited thinking of Will Smith battling Aliens to save Earth. The movie kinda makes us all come together and want to fight for the common good. It’s a great feeling to be apart of something bigger than yourself.

Independence Day can mean different things to us all. It could mean the day you lost the weight you wanted to lose, finally left that job you didn’t like much, paid off that credit card debt, moved out of mom, dad, grandma or Uncle Frank’s home and into your own new apartment. Ahhh… Independence. Doesn’t it feel great? 762-royalty-free-content.jpg

Independence also means being able to do what you want to do financially. Are you debt free? Do you want to be? It is already the seventh month of 2015 and are you where you want to be financially? Are you ready to make a change?

If so, reply to this post and I would love to share with you my Know Your Numbers Kit – Credit Card Companies know your numbers & So Should You!

This kit will help you find your number story (everyone has a number story) and gain your Financial Independence.

Happy Independence Day!photodune-2650550-money-transfer-s

ATLANTIC COUNTY NJ LEADING IN FORECLOSURES~

4561615964034330221There’s that ugly F* word – Foreclosure.

The Casino layoffs helped tremendously in creating the now almost 4,000 properties in Atlantic County in some stage of foreclosure. There may have been some vacant properties before the layoffs, however coupled with low wage jobs the home market in Atlantic County has been hit by the Foreclosure Bomb.

Job markets are opening up and some people are getting back to work but not enough and not enough higher wage earners. Now you can also do what my best friend’s baby sister did. She’s been looking for a job for a while and couldn’t find what she really wanted and would offer her a better salary. She decided she wanted to learn how to drive the big rigs and that’s what she did. She found a training program through unemployment. It only lasted 4 weeks before a snafu and the program ended. However, she didn’t give up and found another program where she could finish her training and now she is on the roads making very good money. She just changed her life and her quality of life. She now has a skill that will always keep her employed at a great salary. This is what happens when you don’t give up. Persistence Pays Off!rigs

If I can be of assistance in your quest for Foreclosures or you just have questions, reply to this post and ask away!
