You paid for it! $350-450. Make sure you read your Home Inspection Report. It contains great information on the home you are considering purchasing. You probably consider it your home already so you may not read it. You may trust that you will remember everything from walking around the home with your home inspector because it does matter. These are all the things you need to be aware of to know where your new home stands. Actually, that word “new” may be a misnomer especially if your home was built in 1948. A home built in 1948 is not a new home. It may have some upgrades etc but the frame and foundation is still built in 1948. Ask me how I know? lol
