New home permits are on the rise and the market seems to be taking a turn for the better. Builders are excited to be working since the confidence level of buyers have them excited.

Middle Township has plans to build 45 town homes off Bayberry Drive. This project will be an expansion of Laguna Oaks. The forty-five additional town homes will be an addition. These will be 2 and 3 bedroom two story townhomes that are slated to sell for around $280,000.

College Dorms Coming to Atlantic City~~

Stockton College purchased Showboat which has over 1300 hotel rooms. The purchase was cheaper for Stockton than new construction at $18 million.

At present the casino floor will be converted into administrative offices and one of the remaining towers boasting 479 rooms will remain a hotel to be opened sometime in the Spring of 2015.

This combination of dormitory hotel casino combination should prove interesting in Atlantic City. Very Interesting. We will see how it all unfolds.

I came across this story while I was on Facebook and wanted to share it on this platform for anyone who may read it and be inspired to assist.

A young woman named Erica Morales gave birth to four children (quadruplets) just recently after trying to give birth for some time with no success. However, this must have been more taxing on her body than anyone realized and she lost her life bringing these four lives to the planet.

Their father is going to need a great deal of financial assistance to support these children.
