Ocean City Free Public Library, 1735 Simpson Ave., Ocean City 9:30-11 a.m.
Toms River High School East Cafetorium, 1225 Raider Way, 1-4 p.m. There will be sessions at 1, 2 and 3 p.m., but registration is full. Toms River Township plans to video record the sessions and provide them online at http://www.tomsrivertowns hip.com.

Ventnor Educational Community Complex, 400 N. Lafayette Ave., Ventnor, 6-8 p.m.
There are meetings proposed for February, but not confirmed.
