Well, now it’s time to get ready to sell the house. Should we sell to an Investor and bypass Realtor fees and get the cash and close the deal quickly as possible? Should we list with a Realtor and have open houses and have a bunch of people walk through the house and criticize and complain about what’s wrong with the house etc.?
