  1. You are absolutely on point! To become a first-time homebuyer, you need to know where and how to begin the homebuying process. In addition to hiring you as a Realtor, I recommend reading the book “100 Questions Every First-Time Home Buyer Should Ask ” by Ilyce Glink. It helped me tremendously when I purchased my first home.
